Member is solely responsible for all activity conducted within his/her account. Member must keep secure all account information such as password, login and payment details.
Members are limited to one (1) account per household and/or ISP connection. No duplicate accounts, no managing accounts, no more than one account per IP address.
If you cancel your account or your account is terminated for violation of the terms set forth here, you are ineligible for a refund, and you forfeit all your current earnings. If ExtremeAutoSurf.com account is canceled by user and a new account is later opened, the new account is ineligible for any previous earnings, commissions, or credits that were on the closed account.
Payment of membership is not required in order to be a member of ExtremeAutoSurf.com.com. If you adhere to the terms, you are able to utilize the services provided free of charge for the duration of your membership.
Each member is required to provide a valid contact email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact email address is valid and that messages sent by ExtremeAutoSurf.com to your contact email address are effectively delivered and are not bounced back. Be sure to add the ExtremeAutoSurf.com.com domain to the applicable email account whitelist/accepted list. If no valid contact email address is provided, your account can be suspended or terminated. Any earnings are forfeited upon closure of account.
It is the member's responsibility to frequently review profile information to ensure it is correct, including contact email, name, and payment accounts. If account number(s) by which to receive payments is incorrect, ExtremeAutoSurf.com is not responsible for non-receipt of payment(s). Every attempt will be made to payout withdrawals in the manner in which they were purchased.
Withdrawals will be paid out within 7 days after the upgrade expired for any earning in the account. Withdrawals will only be processed if the account has met the minimum required cash balance for the type of membership level.
Rules for submitting websites.
No submission of the same links more than once at any given time. Submitting the same link more than once is considered spamming the system and is not tolerated. Only ONE window for surfing in ExtremeAutoSurf.com may be open at a time. In addition, the following rules also apply when submitting links/URLs/websites in ExtremeAutoSurf.com:
No code to break out of the surf bar frame
No pop-ups, pop-unders, pop-ins, malicious code, URL Rotators, redirects, downloads, errors, dialog boxes, scripts, paid-to-promote websites which contain multiple pop-ins or any other application or code which could disrupt, delay, stall, or stop the surf timer, page rotation, or affect the functionality of the server.
No adult, Warez or otherwise illegal sites, warez, porn sites, discriminatory, vulgar or hate websites, slow-loading pages.
Broken links or pages or links to websites/companies that have closed down must be removed from the member account and system promptly.
No submission of ExtremeAutoSurf.com referral links into the site submission. Violating these terms for site submission can result in your account being suspended or terminated. If you violate these terms more than once, we reserver the right to terminate your account without refund or notice.
While ExtremeAutoSurf.com will do everything possible to uphold the rules of site submission and work to prevent unacceptable content from being presented to its members, ExtremeAutoSurf.com cannot be held responsible for the third party content submitted within this system. Member agrees to use this service solely at his/her own risk. ExtremeAutoSurf.com cannot be held responsible possible damages, lost data, files, viruses, worms or third party discrepancies incurred by use of system. If a member finds a website or link to be in violation of the terms set forth here, that member needs to contact ExtremeAutoSurf.com immediately and provide the URL as well as a description of the website and the violation witnessed.
Spam policy. Spamming is strictly prohibited. Spamming is the sending of unsolicted email, including "junk mail" and non-optin email. Sending to recipients that did not request to receive information about ExtremeAutoSurf.com or such related information is in violation of our Spam Policy. If a member is reported or found to have sent spam or is currently sending spam, the account will be reviewed to investigate the spam complaint(s). No earnings including commissions will be paid out during this process. If member is found to be in violation of spam policy, member account will be terminated without refund and earnings including commissions will be immediately forfeited. It is the final determination by ExtremeAutoSurf.com to conclude if a member has violated the spam policy. If member has spammed, ExtremeAutoSurf.com may submit appropriate information as requested by authorities as well as Internet Provider service to prosecute spammer.
Income and Earning. While it is the goal of ExtremeAutoSurf.com to provide a long-term, stable environment, no guarantees are implied or expressed. ExtremeAutoSurf.com is not liable for loss of profits, income or deposits. ExtremeAutoSurf.com makes no claim that traffic generated by the system will result in profit from sales, earnings, commissions, signups, purchases, or any other intention of the websites submitted.
ExtremeAutoSurf.com does not warrant that the system will be error-free or have zero downtime. Member agrees to use the service "as-is". ExtremeAutoSurf.com is not responsible for member inability to use this service whether by technical problems or by end-user difficulties. Member agrees to idemnify and hold harmless ExtremeAutoSurf.com and its representatives, agents, owners, emloyees, advisors, and affiliates against all costs, expenses or losses, damages, loss of data or materials. Member agrees to use this service at his or her own risk and agrees not to defame, degrade, or abuse any part of ExtremeAutoSurf.com and associates thereof. Member agrees to uphold to the terms and conditions as outlined here, to periodically refer back to the terms and conditions, and to agree and adhere to the terms and conditions if amended at any point.
We are not responsible for false or misleading information from other members. We recommend you investigate all offers thoroughly before making any purchase decisions.
